航海英语

     王涛编著的《航海英语》在充分研究《STCW公约马尼拉修正案》对高级船员航海英语的最低适任标准的基础上，考虑航海技术的专业特色和航海英语的学科特点，在教材设计上，充分体现“教学互动，以学生为主体”的指导思想，着重培养学生的专业英语应用能力。TEXT是作者精心选用的文章，具有很强的主题代表性，基本能够反映该章节知识点；FURTHER READING是对该章节知识点的拓展性表现，旨在使学生进一步掌握专业知识和英语运用能力；SUPPLEMENTARY MATERlAL选用了本领域最新的知识内容，目的在于提高学生的阅读能力和扩大专业词汇量。

     王涛编著的《航海英语》是根据《中华人民共和国海船船员适任考试大纲》中“航海英语”考试科目对无限航区、沿海航区船舶二/三副的要求进行编写的。主要内容包括航海的基本知识、船舶结构与设备、船舶货运技术、航海仪器、航海气象学、船舶操纵与避碰、海上安全工作程序与应急响应知识、航海日志、海上通信、海图和航海出版物、国际海事公约和规则等。 《航海英语》可以作为航海类院校航海技术专业本专科教材，也可供海船船员参加适任证书考试复习参考，或作为广大船员和船员管理人员提高专业英语水平的学习参考书。
