This makes a magnificent set- ring for the marvelous food. An interesting breakfast selection is W\" Bircher Muesli, a hearty alpine favorite made of oats, hazelnuts, and fresh fruits. My favorite lunch choice is the really good black bean soup with the proper accompaniments of chopped egg, minced onions, and sherry. At dinnertime the rooms are candlelit. For a starter, try the Mushroom Strudel. It is pure ambrosia. The inn also serves Rack of Lamb for one, which is done to perfection. The Pork with Plums also is outstanding. Leave some space for dessert; all of them are made here and each one is divine. The inn has piano music seven nights a week, and on special holidays an a cappella choir sings from the balcony in the main dir~. g room. There are large and small conference rooms, a billiard room with a fireplace, and an exercise room. Have a massage or take a sauna. It s all right here for you.
