旅游情境英语

　　《中等职业教育“十二五”规划教材·中职中专旅游服务类专业系列教材：旅游情境英语》的内容紧紧围绕旅游的吃、住、行、游、购、娱全过程进行编写。以学生为主体，教师为主导，以实际工作过程为主线，模拟实际的工作情境，全面提高学生的英语口语应用能力。学生通过句型操练、模拟对话及应急处理，熟悉并掌握工作任务中所涉及的基本词汇、惯用表达法，了解中西文化差异。力求在工作中将旅游专业知识与英语口语表达自然结合，全面提高旅游专业学生的服务水平。
　　《中等职业教育“十二五”规划教材·中职中专旅游服务类专业系列教材：旅游情境英语》的教学内容以旅游的全过程分十个部分展开，第一、六、七、九、十章以导游服务为主，第二、三、四、五章以酒店服务为主，第八章专注于处理旅游服务中出现的问题。本书结合实际的旅游工作情境，通过看图说话、听力理解、角色扮演等多种形式，强化学生对基本工作中英语的自如运用，和对工作中所出现的问题的应变、处理能力，强调实用性。
