The chapters in the Study Guide mirror the chapters in the textbook. Multiple choice, matching, true-false, fill-in-the-blank, and completion questions; there are over 1,200 question in all. Apply What You Know sections encourage critical thinking and application of core content. Crossword puzzles, word scrambles, and other similar "mind-testers" make learning basic anatomy and physiology fun. Did You Know sections include factual tidbits that will engage and interest students. Topics for review tell the student what to review in the textbook prior to beginning the exercises in the study guide. All the answers for each section are located in the back of the study guide. The Evolve Logo and web address are added within each chapter to direct students to further online activities. Each chapter will be updated to include revised content in the core textbook.
