| 王晨。女．1972年1月出生。黑龙江大庆人．毕业于黑龙江大学、中国政法大学。分别获得哲学学士学位和法学第二学士学位。后取得吉林大学民商法专业硕士学位。现为哈尔滨理工大学法学院副教授。中国人民大学宪法学与行政法学专业博士研究生。先后在核心期刊以及其他国家级、省级刊物发表专业论文近三十篇。主编教材三部。专著两部．主持科研项目多项。 |
