| 徐燕谋(1906—1986)，江苏昆山人。复旦大学英语教授。1929年毕业于光华大学。1930年起先后任教于无锡中学、光华大学附中、湖南国立师范学院、光华大学、华东师范大学和复旦大学。曾主编全国高校英语专业统编教材《英语》第七、八册，还曾编注《现代英文选》、《现代英国名家文选》等，并为商务印书馆注释萧伯纳、高尔斯华绥及马克•吐温的作品多部。另有《徐燕谋诗钞》传世。 |
