OTTO HIERONYMI is Professor of International Relations at Webster University, Geneva, his recent publications include Globalization and the Reform of the International Banking and Monetary System (Palgrave 2009). He is currently a former International Economist with Morgan Guaranty Trust in New York, USA. CONSTANTIN STEPHANOU is Professor (Jean Monnet Chair in European Law) at the Department of International and European Studies, Panteion University, and Director at the European Center of Economic and Financial Law, also at Panteion University, Greece.
