作者简介Mauro F. Guillen is the Director of the Joseph H. Lauder Institute at Penn, a research-and-teaching program on management and international relations. He holds the Dr. Felix Zandman Endowed Professorship in International Management at the Wharton School and a secondary appointment as Professor of Sociology in the Department of Sociology of the University of Pennsylvania. His current research deals with globalization, the internationalization of the firm, and the impact of globalization on patterns of organization and on the diffusion of innovations. He is an Associate Editor of the Administrative Science Quarterly, and serves or has served on the editorial boards of the American Sociological Review, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, and Journal of International Business Studies. Esteban Garcia-Canal is a professor of Management and International Business at the University of Oviedo (Spain). He is also Vice-President of the International Management Division of ACEDE, and a member of the Institute of Business and Humanism at the University of Navarra. His most recent book, The New Multinationals, was coauthored with Mauro Guillen. He teaches courses on International Strategy and Strategic Alliances in several PhD and MBA programs in Spain and Latin America. |
