Claire M. Renzetti is Professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Kentucky, USA. She is the editor of the international, interdisciplinary journal, Violence Against Women; co-editor of the Sage Violence Against Women book series; and editor of the Gender, Crime, and Law book series for Northeastern University Press/University Press of New England.
