Eighty-seven-year-old Dorothy Jean Wetstra has lived on a farm in Partonville - a farming community is the northern part of Illinois - all of her life. She knows everyone and everyone knows her. After some city slickers hatch a plan to take over the community Dorothy prays for guidance and makes a decision that could change Partonville forever.
