A lifelong list-maker (groceries, to-do, book ideas, what to pack, buy, etc.), Harriet Ziefert respects and relishes the practicality and fun of cataloging and taking inventory of all sorts of plans, products, and possibilities. Her own list of children's books totals somewhere north of 200. Someday Harriet will sit down with a pencil and paper and make a full list so that she can know the exact number.
