Italian-born Salvatore Calabrese is one of the UK's most celebrated bartenders. As bar manager of the Lanesborough Hotel in London, he is a renowned cognac and cocktail expert. His palate has been described as the most expensive in the world and he nurtures the world's largest collection of vintage cognac. Jason Lowe's expert eye has won him international acclaim.
