| 安琦，哈尔滨人，l970年出生，上海外国语大学英语语言文学博士。哈尔滨商业大学外语学院副教授，教学法方向学科带头人。 1998年起，作者陆续担任第一批全国大学英语四、六级口语考试考官，BEC剑桥商务英语笔试、口试考官，雅思中国考区笔试考官。主持完成新世纪黑龙江省教育厅教改项目等3IrA科研课题。在国家级出版社出版专著1部，在《外语电化教学》《黑龙江高教研究》等CSSCI源期刊发表关于外语教学方向的学术论文3篇。 |
