具熱管的散熱器是一種很複雜的散熱系統,每個參數皆遷動散熱器的效能。除了熱管的形狀(折彎與打扁)決定熱管的效能外,工作流體的種類與充填量更是決定熱管作動範圍與最大熱傳量的主要參數。較少的工作流體充填量固然可使熱管在低發熱量時便可做動且在低發熱量時有較低的熱阻值,但當發熱量升高時,若冷凝端(鰭片+風扇)的冷凝效率無法使冷凝端的蒸氣即時冷卻並返回蒸發端,則將導致熱管之熱阻值逐漸上升,而此反曲點即為熱管散熱器的最大熱傳量。Igloo
5760PWM除了使用鏡面銅底板以增進CPU與散熱器的貼何效果外,更使用高精密的穿FIN技術搭配具PWM功能的9公分子彈頭風扇做為高效率的冷凝器使得熱管有良好的循環效果,3支具高熱傳量的直徑8mm熱導管使得Igloo
5760在高發熱量時反而比在低發熱量時有更佳的熱阻值的表現,且在環溫23~25°C與發熱量144瓦時,皆可將CPU溫度控制在80°C內。 |
