Freddy Frogpurse has come to his Great Uncle Sneezer's house to learn how to be a wizard. His house dragon, Odds and Ends, nags at him to practice more, but Freddy just wants to have fun and eat Tingle Toast. Then an envelope arrives from the Inspector of Wizards.
