Executry Tax Planning

This new title will help solicitors to advise clients on tax planning in relation to wills and trusts, and will also help solicitors to deal with tax issues arising during the administration of estates. The book will be divided into three parts: pre-death, during administration and post-death. Within each part, the author will provide useful 'tips and traps' in relation to a wide range of tax issues, including income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, pre-owned assets tax and stamp duty.
