| 赵福利，1969年生，天津市人。1992年毕业于解放军外国语学院英语系，1997年考入该院英语语言文学专业，师从潘永梁教授。2000年获硕士学位，2007年获博士学位。现任解放军外国语学院英语系副教授，主要从事第二语言习得及语用学研究。参与2项国家级社科基金项目，发表论文10余篇，出版译著1部，编著多部。 |
