| 作者简介： AUTHORS,Michael Day Michael wrote all the chapters not written by Marian Carroll. He first visited Bali as part of an Indonesia-wide trip in 1997, just in time to witness the Sumatran forest fires and the meltdown of Indonesia's economy. He returned in 2002 and 2006. On each visit, some event just as catastrophic as '97 had just occurred or was about to occur. Next time he visits he hopes there will be no news.
