Theywill encourage your studying these lessons daily in case you arepreparing for a weekly class. Meditation in this way, from day today, will enli ~en and enrich your life. And please do study thememory verses daily; make them your own; have them readilyavailable in the wonderful "computer" of your mind. They are goodmental companions when you are having to sit and wait, when youcan t sleep at night, even in the dentist s chair! To help you inmemorizing, write each passage on an index card which you canstand in a convenient place so that your mind may be occupied withstudy while your hands are busy at routine work.
