| PREFACE Several years ago, a woman moved to a new city. She was looking for a wonderful opportunity with a growing company and en- thusiastically started interviewing. She hadn'tworked in 15 years, but believed everyonewould see what an asset she would be fortheir company because she knew she was thetype who would give 100 percent to any Job. Unfortunately, she discovered very quicklythat there was more to interviewing than vis-iting with a potential employer, telling abouther background, sharing what she wanted ina Job, and living happily ever after.
