| I came across this book by chance,and it is the most amazing medical book I have read in a very long time. Jack Dreyfus met with two presidents, a vice president, the heads of the FDA and others to try and be a help to humanity. This man started a foundation which has spent over 80 million dollars trying to get the benefits of this drug out to the public. At the age of 45 he became severely depressed and was seeing a psychoneurologist 6 time a week, and eventually had himself voluntarily commited. He asked his doctor to use this drug and was litirally helped within the hour. The book reads like a novel after that as he struggles to let the world know about the other uses of this drug.This man is a humanitarian of the highest order, and this book will definitly change the lives of many people who have a wide variety of illnesses. |
