The Glitter Dragon

Vibrantly told and lavishly illustrated in ful-color (decorated with iridescent foil) and geared for ages 3-5, The Glitter Dragon presents the tale of Geoffrey the shy, well-intentioned dragon. Geoffrey is unable to fend off the teasing he receives from his fellow rugged bunch of dragons due to the fact that unlike them, he sports bright and glittery scales. Eventually, Geoffrey leaves home to seek out a new life and find a plae where he might fit in. At journey's end, to his delight and surprsie, Geoffrey finds unsuspected rewards and happiness. In Geoffrey's case he rescues a beautiful princess from a terrible misfortune and shortly thereafter finds himself transformed into a handsome prince in (what else?) a shining suit of armor. -- Midwest Book Review
