Germany has vanquished the British nation. Our next victory
will be in Ameriea.
This plan for the invasion of the United States is offered for
your approval， F~dh~er， with the assurance of General Tojo of
the Japanese that in accordance with the treat~ ~.gned on Au-
gust 10， 1941， the forces of the Imperial Navigational Air Force
shall launch a massive attack on Pearl Harbor on the tint Sun-
