| 陈瑞华，1985年9月考入中国政法大学法律系，先后于1989年7月、1992年7月和1995年7月，在该校获得法学学士、诉讼法学硕士和诉讼法学博士学位。1995年7月进入北京大学法律学系，从事法学博士后研究工作。1997年6月工作期满出站，并留校任教。现为北京大学法学院副教授。主要学术领域：刑法诉讼法学、法律程序理论、司法制度。主要学术著作：《刑事审判原理论》(北京大学出版社1997年版)；《庭审方式改革理论与实践》(中国民主法制出版社1998年版)。主要学术论文发表在《中国社会科学》、《中国法学》、《政法论坛》、《中外法学》、《北京大学法律评论》等出版物上。主要社会兼职：中国诉讼法学会刑事诉讼法专业委员会委员，北京市诉讼法学会理事。 |
