| Randolph W. Cameron is the founder and president of Cameron Enterprises, a New York-based management consulting firm with client experience that includes Avon Products, Grey Advertising, The Children's AID Society, United Way of New York City, New York City Mission Society, The Council of Churches of the City of New York, The Concord Baptist Church of Christ, Institute of Church Administration and Management, General Board of Global Ministries The United Methodist Church, Yale University, and New York State Division for Youth. He was also the director of marketing and communications for Avon Products, Inc., for thirteen years. Before joining Avon, he was vice president of marketing and public affairs at D. Parke Gibson Associates, an international management consulting firm.
