Studying the appropriate fashion category (first determined by taking a quiz)， the reader learns both the basic and creative aspects of her particular style of dress in casual as well as formal situations. There are plenty of well-illustrated ideas， but Cho's quasi-psychologizing is simplistic. One wishes， too， that Cho would have addressed body types in assessing styles of dress， instead of relying wholly on image or self-concept. The confident stand to gain little by this book， but there are many tips for would-be fashion plates.
