She has consulted for the Ford Foundation and UNDP, and is currently Manager of Cross Cultural Services at Windham International in New York. Eric Kocher served for twenty-two years with the Foreign Service and was subsequently Dean of Career Education at Columbia146s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA).
